Hi. I’m a newbie at writing XHTML w/CSS and was wondering if you could answer a simple question. I want to design a website in PSP format, but have no idea of the code to format it for the PSP. I know the dimensions and pixels of the PSP, but don’t know how to write it in code for HTML. Thank you for your help.
